What we ate
Since my sister and I wanted to give our undivided attention to the meal at The French Laundry, I only took out my phone to snap a pic of each course. Luckily they kindly gave us the menu from the day and now we can look back at these photos and dream about the best meal we've ever eaten. My sister and I both got the Chef's Tasting menu but there were even more dishes that weren't listed, like the amuse-bouche. From the first bite to the last, we were both in culinary gourmet heaven. My favorite dishes had to be the shaved black truffle risotto and the pearl tapioca with caviar. My mouth is watering!
