Here's to you Mom.

To a woman who finds enjoyment out of the little things in life, like a warm cup of venti (double cup) Starbucks coffee, playing dress up for a photobooth, taking carpentry classes, buying Chinese magazines, finding a purse with a built in wallet and a cold can of Diet Pepsi. To a friend who always answers the phone and stops what she's doing to listen, who drives 8 hours almost every weekend to visit her daughters and family, who loves catching up on everyone's lives over some Hong Kong style food, who loves finding the humor in any situation. To a role model who has taught me the value of hard work and respect, who leads by example and works harder than anyone I know (besides Uncle Morey), who encouraged me to pursue the things I love - playing the violin, living in Italy and starting a design career. To a mother who never judges me and only supports me, who is my rock and my foundation and loves our entire family unconditionally with all her heart and energy. Here's to you Mom, to another fabulous year and to many many many more. I love you!

23 years ago to now, my mother is always there to hold our hand when we need it.
