My aunt and uncle threw a belated Easter party over the weekend so I was so excited we could set up an Easter egg hunt for little Christine. I had purchased some adorable Easter egg hunt signs a long time ago and a co-worker gave me her left over plastic Easter eggs that Chris and I filled with candy. Since Christine was the only little one at this party, she truly was our little Easter princess. All of us literally followed her around and took pictures of her while she searched for the eggs (her personal paparazzi!). We all had a great time hiding, finding and re-hiding the eggs for her and she would scream with delight, exclaiming each time "I found one, I found one!" Afterward, we had a delicious Choi Family style Easter dinner, complete with our regular Chinese staples, roasted potatoes and my favorite dessert "bao" (that's bread in Chinese). What a lovely evening we all had celebrating Easter and an early Mother's Day! I love spending time with the family and this weekend will be another family-filled one as we all head up to Stockton for my cousin's college graduation. Auguri Victoria!
